Looks like its Ryan. Guess Mitt didn't want to lose another week to Obama.

It's like he's trying to lose. What a monumental clusterfck that would be. Right up there with Palin. Whose advising these guy's? You win by pulling the middle. Any vote that Ryan would get you is already in the hopper. Monumentally stupid if so.

Ryan is smart but not sure if he's ready for this type of campaign. The contrast with Biden will be stark. It pushes the tax issue off the table for a couple weeks but brings Medicare to the forefront.

He's known for putting his IPod headphones on when reporters want him to clarify an issue. He just ignores them even being there. He would be a horrible pick for them. Brings NOTHING. He'll get the spin room crowd excited, but would be disastrous for the campaign.

Not like Romney is going to let him get off of his talking points so it's not that big of a deal. Romney's candidancy will be DOA by labor day.

It's like they're trying to lose. This has been a baad week for them. I can't imagine Ryan helping out in Fl.? I don't get it. The people who applaud this are the same ones who thought Palin was GREAT for McCain.

Palin was great. Hockey mom, executive experience, looks good and a maverick.

It's going to be so easy to tie Romney to SB5 here in Ohio. Something that went down like 62-38. Ryan and Walker. Two dead men walking in Ohio.

Really odd timing too. Guarantees yet another week where the economy will not be the focus!

It can't be Ryan. Can it??? What can he bring to the ticket that's not already there?

Ryan is still in WI at 1:30 am. Announcement at 9 am in VA. Is he suppose to take a 5am flight?

No one on here can make the argument Ryan isn't more qualified and infinitely less of a complete idiot than Biden.

Hairforce 1 has no foreign policy experience. We would not be safe with them in office.

Joe Biden. Obama has a record. Bin Laden dead, Khadaffy dead, and out of Iraq.

It's not a bad pick on first glance. It does put some notice on the VP candidate but not in a laughable way like McCain did with Palin. At least the issue here will be on Ryan's politics. I never did like the selection of Biden so I'll give Romney credit for making as bold of a pick as he could have (well Christie might have been bolder but I guess that was never a possibility).

So now we have B&O vs. R&R. Sounds like a game of Monopoly.
