I know we all been frustrated about the Swami's, Dudes, and posters declaring that A: the ACC is losing 2 teams and B: ACC will be left out of the Playoff(which didn't happen) and now C: ACC will receive a tiny payout from the Playoff.

Everything been frustrating for even me to read. I guess the rumor mongoring will continue.

My humble request is to keep the snarkyness to a minimum or just completely ignore the mongoring. Not trying to be a hard ass but I'd rather hand out forum bans from there rather than let y'all get warnings or even a Perm Ban from a CR Mod.

Anytime you come across a thread out to dog Pitt or the ACC report the damn thing rather than replying to it.

That's why I took a bit of a breather (that & my new company's fiscal year ends in May). I'll read the CR board, but have no interest in engaging that insanity. Besides, the more I read the more I believe the ACC will be in good shape (with room for improvement).

This board and/or the ACC board are perfect safe havens IMO. Let them conjure up stupid ass nonsense while we point our fingers and laugh.

You gotta admit that I made some good threads in response to the wackiness. I think the CR forum misses me...

The CR board is a nightmare. If I wasn't swamped at work and with night classes I'd have more time to start policing it more effectively. Keep up the good fight gentlemen.

Brista, you BE Mods have your work cut out for you on the BE board as well. Its getting to the point that I dont want to read it anymore. I feel a little dumber every time I read that board. Those newbies are really bringing that board down.

Yea that's why I not so silently pine for an invite to the ACC or Big Ten or even the Big 12. Get away from the riff raff and get back to playing in a big boy league.

I try not to look. Much like the road side accident I can't seem to avert my eyes and wind up slowing to 2 miles per hour to see the gory details.

Agreed. Many of the threads end up like the Granville–Paris Express.

We can always try to clear the air with the other posters. We can gather around a campfire, drink beer, etc. Although, since fans of Wvu will be involved, we won't actually have a campfire but a burning couch....
