Hey guys, I come in peace. I haven't been on here since McGee was hired wishing everybody the best. I'm back to see what the feelings are around here and see if anybody had any news. I'll be honest, I want your coach. Unfortunately for me, I don't think we'll get him. I'm not sure he'd even go if we asked.

I don't see any of our players jumping ship to come to UAB though, especially if we keep the staff we have now on board.

Haven't heard anything here. I don't see any players leaving Arkansas to come here, nor do I think they should.
It will be interesting to see how McGee handles this if he has the opportunity.

That'll probably be the case, but I'd love to have him back. I don't see him leaving you guys like that though.

Actually what I think would be best case scenario is for Arkansas to hire Tommy Tuberville. I always like him when he was at Auburn and forced out. It would be a big name hire and he would win immediately. The only problem with that is Texas Tech would not have a coach. No matter what Arkansas does with a head coach, one or more Universities will likely get screwed (unless they take Butch Davis).

Tuberville and Davis... I just threw up in my mouth.

Kirby Smart or McGhee are my top two - or brother Paul.

I'm not one of those guys with the inside scoop on everything but I know someone, real close to tubs. And he misses the Sec, but who knows if they would want him and if he would jump ship like that. I think he is as good of a coach as any but hes not really known for prolific offense.

Sure looks good in that hat... :-)

Of course, Arkansas has more of that too.
