There's no assuming going on. You've given plenty of evidence that you are either mentally deficient or an insincere liar. CNN's analysis makes it very clear. Now that the bigoted Sanford police can't hide their incompetence anymore, we'll get a unbiased investigation. If that unbiased investigation clears Zimmerman, then so be it. If not, then he deserves punishment under the law. That's what we on left want, and what you on the right are fighting against.

CNN's audio analyst who worked on it says he doesn't know what is said.

I'll ask you the same as all the other jackasses have been asked, and have failed, show one post by anyone who wants Zimmerman to go free if he did anything wrong.

I have my opinion of what happened but I am aware that I could be wrong when all of the facts come out. In fact, when Al Sharpton comes out it's almost always wrong.

You are wrong. I want the exact same thing.

I want an unbiased investigation and a fair unbiased jury trial if necessary and a long prison sentence for murder 2 if convicted.

I want exactly what you say you want. I guess that means I'm not one of those on the right. Or maybe your generalization is way overly broad.

What I've actually seen are lots of indications that many on the left want him acquitted based on the "stand your ground" law, so they can use this case as a poster child to attack gun rights. And quite frankly, I see a lot on the right trying to defend Zimmerman's actions based on that law. Zimmerman may in fact be innocent, and even if not actually innocent he may be found not guilty, but the "stand your ground" law should not be the reason. He was not attacked. As the thread title states, he "stalked and killed" Martin.

It's really kind of interesting how this situation has people on both sides taking positions that they might not otherwise.

So, let me get this straight. I see a guy in my neighborhood which has had recent criminal activity, he looks suspicious wearing traditional criminal garb (IE...hoody), I decide to follow him while armed (following a suspected criminal unarmed is crazy), he gets freaked out and attacks me, while attacking me he utters something like "I'm gonna kill you" (just a hypothetical), and I pull my gun while being battered and shoot my attacker.

Following someone isn't illegal. Being a racist isn't illegal. Carrying a gun with the right permit isn't illegal. According to an eyewitness Trevon attacked Zimmerman which is illegal.

Case closed.

Here's the problem with that. If Zimmerman caused Martin to have a reasonable fear for his safety, then what Martin did could be construed legally as self-defense and not an attack. It's maybe a harder case to make if Martin attacked Zimmerman from behind. But it's also claimed that the attack consisted of punching him in the nose, and I don't quite see how you punch somebody in the nose from behind.

Something here simply doesn't add up.

I have one question that I'm trying to find an answer to. What time of day (or night) did this happen?
