2012 Cycle Military Donations
1) Ron Paul: $36739.79
2) Obama: $28833.99
3) Herman Cain: $6223
4) Mitt Romney: $5000
5) Michelle Bachmann: $2550
6) Newt Gingrich: $1025
7) Tim Pawlenty: $250
8) Rick Santorum: $250
9) Gary Johnson: $0

More amusingly ...
Ron Paul: $36739.79
All other GOP candidates combined: $15398.00

Ron Paul: $36739.79
Everybody else combined: $44231.99

Boy, non-interventionism sure is popular among the people who have to actually do the enforcement of our current policy.

As the XO of a former ship once said, many years ago, "People forget that, if there's a war, we're the ones who get to do the dying."

These numbers are now official.

Support our troops by voting for the person they support most: Ron Paul.

Besides age, I would have one other problem with Paul. He doesn't seem to be a big Homeland Security guy. I want my service to still be there.

I presume you really meant the military, and not DHS? Because DHS really should be abolished.

RP favors saving money by not wandering the globe antagonizing others. Much of what we now face is due to our interventionist policies. He is an advocate of a strong defense and a secure border...just not defense and border security of other nations. I know he is an advocate of the CG and it's mission.

I know that the CG has been part of the DoD, Treasury, etc., so I we could be transfered again. I was just worried that he'd view us as part of the war on drugs and have us on the choppin block.
