that sounds like ethopian thinking......you can out starve the other guy
ignore that you yourself have a large bag of mostly nothing
you are at the bottom of the pecking order in most measures "support" related
and that the guys you are trying to out starve have been doing as well or better than you in the "trying not to starve part of the contest" and in the "support" part of the contest
there are soon to be 12 D1-A programs in Texas....LaTech will be playing 2.....and I would not say that any of the remaining would be all that difficult for LaTech to schedule......besides the one plays in the belt
3 Teams in OK and none in the belt
2 in Arkansas one in the belt
3 in Mississippi none in the belt
so LaTech is not hurting for places, games, or teams to play that are very close by or not that hard to get to
only UTEP and Texas Tech would be out of the question for a bus ride and those can be a bus ride to Love Field in Dallas and a short flight away
I see none of the Big 12, SEC, or CUSA having an issue scheduling LaTech and I think if you ask most of the fan bases they would find a buy in game with LaTech or a 2-1 as preferable to ULM (especially Alabama
) or Louisiana
I think if it was done even a 1-1 with LaTech would be the choice over ULM or Louisiana
I don't see the starve them plan working
