They blow both games. Call me what you will. I'm pissed.

This is nothing new my friend, as I'm sure you know.

Someday we'll win a bowl. game or make a sweet 16 run. It's got to happen.

Hey these guys shot a 100% from three for the first 10 minutes. That was the game. Played even steven after that, but it didn't matter the game was over.

I thought for sure they would have tired legs today. I was rooting for Miami all the way yesterday but as it went into the 2nd OT, I figured Akron would be the better opponent because they'd be emotionally and physically spent. Couldn't have been more wrong!

The problem is...I was not suprised in the least when they did. I'm not even blaming our guys. Just seems to be the way things work.

What on god's green earth does Akron eat and drink before they play WMU?

These constant incredible shooting performances against us defy all logic...

On the one hand, it sucks I had to work till after 9 tonight and missed the game. On the other hand, maybe it's best I didn't have to endure another painful loss to Akron live.

Actually, I'm amazed with the success the Broncos had this season with two freshman playing key roles and all the other key players being sophomores or juniors with the exception of Wolf.

This was an exceptional year from which to grow. They matured and gelled a lot better than any of my expectations.

However, next year my expectations will be a lot higher. Then I will be disappointed if we don't make some noise.

Disappointed for the yesterday, but extremely excited for next season. This team will only get better and better. Whinny's fully confident in that.

Can't argue with that. As long as we avoid this 03-nutkick from Akron!!

Not to sound like a jerk but do you really not see what it is? It's not anything about playing WMU other than our lack of perimeter defense (at least last night). Akron got open look after open look. Tonight's game was more indicative of what Akron's offense looks like when they're not getting open looks off the dribble drive.
