Not entirely sure what you mean. You tell me "F-U" for no reason. Not sure what your definition of class is there, Memphis.

Well, Flash was pretty much right. The league doesn't want anybody outside of Ohio teams playing in the finals because it puts a lot more butts in the seats.

Make no mistake in what I'm saying, though. It doesn't explain the poor game our guys played tonight. It was unlikely we were going to get many breaks from officials in an essentially home court environment for the Zips.

Sucks that our team played so well over the past 5 weeks, then took a dump in the biggest game this season. While the season may have exceeded expectations, it sure leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth, the way it ended.

Despite Robin's talking about post-season play IMO, we aren't worthy. Give it a rest, company-man.

Free throws did us in...give us 11 more free throws we would have won.


Where was Whitfield?


MAC got what they want...I feel bad for Ball State bout to get screwed over.

and for everyone saying there is always next year? no there is not, we will get far but we will get screwed over by the refs setting up a Kent St. Akron matchup in the end.

This tournament needs to be rotated from year to year instead of being in Cleveland each year. And how about a smaller arena too? Seagate Centre in Toledo was a fine venue back in the day and at least back then the place was full instead of about 30% capacity.

If thats really the way you feel, you should go back and read all of my posts. Not quite sure how you would make that assumption. I made one comment about the chips, comparing us losing to Akron every year like we do them. You've actually intrigued me, I might go back and look myself to see how many times I have ever referenced CMU in the limited posting I do. I'm frustrated just like you are, lets not turn this into accusing me of being a CMU fan.

It makes me appreciate things like us winning a game in the '98 tourney so much more. That was so much fun. This group had me fooled, but I'm very happy for them for the success they've had. We should have a good season next year.
