This president can't answer simple questions. He proved it in the Baeir interview. While in North Carolina to toot his horn about a battery plant, he was asked this, SIMPLE question.

Even Obama realized what he was doing

No, you didn't answer it. And of course we are grossly over taxed. We all know it. So the only way to get around it is to make the answer so long we forget the question.

The 17 minute answer is beyond the attention span of too many people, by 16:50. Our politics should now last no more than 10 seconds for the news network, with 2 hours of criticism and analysis.
How about a no filibuster rule? He figures if he talks long enough, nobody will remember the Q. or notice that he talked all around it but never really answered it.
Either that, or don't allow him to speak without a script and a teleprompter.

He made a speech many times longer than the Gettysburg Address which was addressing a far more dire and complex issue than should we be taxed more. There is giving a thorough answer and then their is trying to ;ook like you're giving a thorough answer.
