A new record!!!

Quote:A Sturgis woman had a blood-alcohol level of .708 percent, possibly a state record, when she was found earlier this month behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle parked on Interstate 90, according to Meade County State’s Attorney Jesse Sondreal.

A South Dakota Highway Patrol trooper discovered Marguerite Engle, 45, on Dec. 1 passed out behind the wheel of a delivery truck reported stolen in Rapid City.

Her blood-alcohol level was almost nine times South Dakota’s legal limit of .08 percent.

RE: Drink Responsibly
I just hate it when you post here when your level is anywhere near .25. I agree.

Tonight is amateur night. Just stay at home. That's what I'm doing. I'm watching the Avalanche/Wings game as we speak. Everybody be good! Of course, I loved this night when I was younger and single!

I'm switching back and forth between the Twilight Zone marathon and the 3 Stooges Marathon.

RE: Drink Responsibly
Just walked home from a neighborhood NYE party. Pretty well toasted, but a proud moment for me. Avoided the hors' d'ouvres (SP?) totally, went straight for the drinks, and skipped the dessert table at midnight. The New Year's weight loss program is off to a running start. Next year I will need a liver transplant, but one year at a time!
