Looking forward to a great game!
Go Bulls!
haha I wouldn't talk dude, I'd be pretty embarrassed to be talking smack as a BCS team w/ a 7-5 record that's scheduled 2 FCS teams this year,...lol SFU is a ******* joke. BTW how'd those lossess to Rutgers and to UCONN feel? I really hope you guys overlook us and give us a chance to turn a legit win into a stomping.
GO HUSKIES
"FOWARD TOGETHER FOWARD"
Oh yeah because the MAC is such a powerhouse conference with only 4 winning teams out of 13(excluding yourselves). its USF.
And if i recall correctly we whooped you 37-6 in 2003 and theres about to be a repeat performance in 2010.
As for the UCiFer...if you had any knowledge you wouldn't have attended UCF. I'm pretty sure the bowl committee didn't want USF again, and if we were there, We'd beat you for the 5th time.
Last time I checked the MAC has 5 winning teams out of 13 and an additional 4 teams that were 5-7. Remember MAC teams play 1 Div 1aa team not 2 Div 1aa teams unlike many Big East teams. The Big East has 8 teams with only 4 of them having at least 6 wins against Div 1a teams. !!!!
MAC has Five Bowl games with 3 favored to win and all those teams had at least 6 wins over Div 1aa teams.
In 2003, you did not beat us 37-6. Please check your facts.
We were 10-2 that year and 2-4 against ranked teams. We beat Alabama in Alabama, and Maryland(who beat W. Virginia in a bowl that year), IOwa State who nearly won the big 12 that year and lost to two ranked MAC teams, Toledo who were 10-2 and also never went to a Bowl(After dominating Penn State in Happy Valley that year) and BGSU who went to a Bowl.
Our top team that year was Miami Ohio under QB big Ben, who went 12-1 (only loss was to National Champions Ohio State by approx. 4 points and they dropped a TD pass! Despite being ranked 10th in the nation they were given a low Bowl against a 6-6 BCS squad.
Jim Leavitt is a great coach.
Florida State and W. Virginia were great wins.
Cincinnati L 17-34, Pittsburg L 14-41 and Miami L 10-31; tolerable losses.
Rutgers L 0-31 a team who's best win was div 1aa Texas Southern
and lost to a 4-8 Syracuse(2 wins coming against div 1aa teams) 13-31.
Why do so many Big East teams schedule 2 Div 1aa teams and weak ones at that?
You guys are truly 5-5 against div 1a teams with a roaring start and a wimpering ending? Are you guys unlucky or just plainly not really Bowl eligible?
Which USF team will show up to Toronto?
The one that beat W. Virginia or the one that lost to Syracuse and were shut out by Rutgers??
