Long johns, turtle neck, rag wool socks, and a couple of handwarmer powerbanks you're in business.

Fun Fact: within an hour's drive (100km) Toledo has a higher population than any of the C's.

As someone who was in the stands when Jerry Rhome and Howard Twilley led Tulsa against the Rockets, I know a little about likely the worst weather ever for a UT game. It got down to 12 degrees and although it didn't snow during the game, there was tons on the ground and they had to shovel the field, but not the stands. I don't think there were 100 people in Glass Bowl. I sat on the east side up against the tower to block the north wind. I don't think they talked about wind chill then. November 21,1964, and unfortunately the Rockets lost 39-16 to the best passing duo in football.

Some guy named Dan Simrell at QB for the Rockets.

Anyone remember the 2013 game vs. UB? That was one of the coldest I remember.

If I remember, that was the game where the students were throwing snowballs at their receivers as they were running down the sidelines?
