I have a question, Gitanole.

I'll preface by noting I find Donald Trump highly unlikable. I could offer multiple negatives about him (not the least of which is his absurd hairstyle). But Adopted Monarch has already done so more effectively than I can.

I am not a "80 percent or more conservative," not MAGA and not an evangelical Protestant Christian (I'm Catholic). You and I probably have a good number of things in common. I'm glad you post.

Having said all that, I could list many positive personnel picks and policies successes for President Trump. He has done a good job in some areas. And I'm willing to give the man credit. Many of my left-leaning friends hate Trump. And in a way, they likely hate me for giving the president some props.

Lot of conservatives will never give Biden credit (at least not voluntarily, as some will begrudgingly do so if you pry it out of them). No credit for one single thing. Not one good personnel pick. Not one achievement. No credit for being dedicated to his sons when their mother and sister were killed. Nothing.

So my question:

Will you be like those rightwingers and not give Trump credit for anything? Or will you rise above partisanship and give the president his due for some positive accomplishments?

Trump's not a Russian bot, or a Russian asset, or Putin's puppet. The "Russian collusion" thing was a hoax started by the Obama administration and the Hillary Clinton campaign and kept going by the Democrats in both chambers of Congress.

This is Biden-level oddness.

Again, why?

That's the question...and the best answer is that it's just involuntary. He carried on like he had no clue he even did it.

Couple this, and the other instances of weird glitches and sounds, along with his increasing outbursts at reporters for asking him questions and we need to really start questioning the doctors giving him that cognitive test he claims he keeps passing.

Remember, this guy has the ability order a nuclear strike.

And please, leave Biden out of this. Biden dropped out of the 2024 race as he wasn't up to the job. We've had enough whatabouts and deflections from the peanut gallery already. 07-coffee3

It very well might have been involuntary, Tom. If so ... it's concerning. Trump has been showing signs of physical and mental decline for some time now.

I'm simply waiting for the president to publicly display a severe case of flatulence. We have to consider the chances (and ramifications).

One thing (and as VA49er correctly noted): Biden didn't fully voluntarily drop out of the 2024 race. He was essentially forced out (and rightfully so due to his alarming physical and mental decline).

He's 80 freakin' years old. And he's still miles beyond anything Biden was capable of.

And I have noted previously, TB4E, that President Trump's age is contributing to some of his mental and physical deterioration. Many of the things happening are likely beyond his control (just like they are for others 80 and older).

As you note, Biden was in even worse shape at 80. Agree.

Hey, nothing wrong with being (almost) 80. Beats the hell out of the alternative. And I'm out here on the road solo, running an F-150 pulling a 3-ton+ RV trailer, all over the country.

80 depends entirely on the specific person, it seems. I bet Trump couldn't do this by himself, lol. And Biden...well, that would be a freaking joke.

Trump is not a Russian bot, but Gitanole sure is.

He really needs to quit trying to make sense politically because he doesn't.

He's much worse than Tom.

Tom just hates Republicans and wants them dead.

He just doesn't have the balls to say it.

I know that's a joke, but it actually is kind of true. Not just ladies, everybody says that. I have never looked my age, not even when I was much younger.

Actually hurt me some during my working years, but not a factor at all now, since I got married 43 years ago and stayed faithful, and unfortunately, she passed away a few months ago.

Now I have my hands full dealing with my new lifestyle. No way in hell I am adding a serious relationship (or any relationship) on top of everything I have going on now.

At this rate, you'll likely make it to 90 (or longer).

I'm 64 and look it. But — and as many of the gents on the board know — I surely don't behave like a man my age.

bill is just a typical leftist. Whatever he hears must be true, whether he actually has evidence of it or not, particularly if it's bad for Trump.

And no, "I saw it on CNN" is not evidence.

I'm 70 and have been told repeatedly that I look to be in my 50s or early 60s. When told that I tell them to look closer. All 4 of my best friends throughout school and into adulthood, all as successful or more so than myself, still look younger than they are. The one thing we all have in common is THC usage, lol.

I spent a lifetime in the sun, I have always tanned early, and I have a complexion that never quite looks untanned. I used to hang out at the pool for hours, and I've had one major sunburn, and by the end of summer I look like a Mexican farmer. By all rights I should be covered with skin cancer, but I'm not. Black chicks love me, especially when I'm dressed in western wear, complete with long hair covered by Stetson cowboy hats and shod with the likes of Lucchesse and a variety of lesser-priced but high-quality exotic cowboy boots. And I am always attired in western wear. I've worn almost nothing but cowboy boots—and tactical boots when I worked at the jail in Memphis—since I was 4 years old. The black chicks at City Hall call me Cowboy. "I'm a cowboy, baby." Thank you, Kid Rock.

In contrast, the ladies view Bill Faggart (I might have to deploy this surname for a few days) as they do an old pack mule.

That can be both good and bad.

Read into it what you will.

Donald Trump, 80, in repeating a falsehood about James Talarico being a vegetarian, gives a performance that goes viral for unintended reasons.
