I can't speak to the specifics of this indictment.

But for once I do have first-hand experience with the person in question. She is, without question, one of the most hate-filled, underhanded, over-entitled people that I have ever met.

So her and her family run a store that is legal in VA but the Blanche wants to apply federal charges. Why is nobody in any other state that has legalized not indicted? Of course is it not politically motivated is it Blanche?

Commercially selling marijuana to the public doesn't take into effect until July 1, 2027. They have been selling it for years. They were busted with 100 kg of weed.

You need to use the present tense. She is the "president pro tempore" of the Virginia senate, which means that when the Lt. Gov. (Hashemi) is off doing Muslim things, Sen. Lucas presides over the state senate. She is a nasty piece of work.

My reason is that this dumb kid (which is what he is) thought that speaking like a gangsta was the way to impress the awful Democrat leadership - - Tim Kaine, Don Scott and Louise Lucas.

Dumb post is dumb. Do some research bud - recreational sales have never been legal in VA. That opens up in 2027. Right now, possession and grow-your-own is legal OR medical facilities.

Her businesses were not medical, AND she was using her position of power to influence where the limited number of recreational licenses would eventually go (to her business partners...to enrich herself).

ALSO - this investigation started under the Biden DOJ. So again - swing and a miss. Be better.

Funny, why does this not surprise me in the least. She somehow believes she's untouchable or something.

Innocent until proven guilty says the Constitution , but many have already convicted based on the indictment. The Trump DOJ is great at getting indictments for political foes. How many convictions though? Doesnt matter who started the investigation the indictment is brought by this admin. I am not saying she is guilty or not but the timing is sure suspect.
