I open about 25 percent of CP's threads, BTF. Some I enjoy reading and others, after a quick glance, I move on.

Yeah....not really. You had to have a thick skin and fight back with wit and intellect. Today, nobody here can take much of anything without quickly going to the least common denominator.

But there were some basic principles most all followed.

This place started going to the dogs when ESPN shut down their boards and a bunch of keyboard warriors infiltrated here.

I remember Jamammy. My Dad turned me on to the Tiger board. He was a big Tiger fan and that's how me and my brother became Tiger fans.

... before he was banned, ODU Smitty referred to me (in a post) as a "choad." I found it glorious. One of the highlights of my reading this board. I still chuckle when I think about it.
