I belong to MSSA and they have LEO training ops out there, complete with props of different scenarios. When they aren't using the facilities, members are allowed to. I've trained for so long with a pistol or a rifle that everything about operating them effectively is second nature now.

I'm old now, so I'm not nearly as proficient as I used to be. No one is going to confuse me with the men and women who compete professionally, but I guarantee I can outshoot you and probably most of the posters in this forum still, 4 bulging discs and all. I don't mind saying it; at one time I was a legitimate badass, and I'm not even very big. I can still handle myself OK for a 69 year old. What about you? For those of us that want to be left alone, it takes more than a "push", particularly for those of us that may be older (closing in on 50 in my case) but are still raising small children. Most of us know there will come a time when we decide a line has been crossed that cannot be ignored, not because we can't live with it ourselves, but because we will refuse to let our children live with it.

The middle class majority always gets screwed in revolutions. People who have a life and a job and a family and aspirations are not burning tires in the streets.
