If the House had voted on this exact bill back on September 30, I would have been skeptical of its chances. But a lot has happened in the last 6 weeks, and I think the GOP will be unanimous (possible exception for Massie) when this gets to the floor.

The House has passed the vote to end the Schumer Shutdown! Six Democrats voted with the vast majority of Republicans to pass the measure. Only two members of the GOP voted with the most of the Dems. Two members chose not to vote, one on each side of the aisle.
