You seem to forget that an assassination attempt on Trump really turned the momentum for his re-election. And he was hated. Charlie was pretty well liked for the most part. And people are hearing what he said now...and not stopping at the clipped quotes to make him seem what he wasn't. A well liked guy being assassinated may actually be something that flips the switch for people. Will be curious how the midterms go.

The past few days have shown a stark contrast between the left and right. Charlie Kirk was assassinated yet no cities were burned and no riots occurred. We've seen the posts, videos, etc... of leftists celebrating this. Doesn't matter if they are well known or everyday people. They are showing who they are and how lacking they are in character. They know their ideas won't hold up to close scrutiny and have to rely on bullying, shouting down opposition or committing violence to get their way.

I know posters on the Left in this forum will Pooh Pooh what they see here, but I can Guaran-damn-tee you NOBODY on the Right has moved to the Left because of what has happened in the past few weeks.

To be clear---what we are seeing is the violent extreme leadership of the democrat party is being shunned by the more reasonable voices in the Party. The Democrat Party Leadership has abandoned the Party's reasonable center and has instead embraced its far left extremes who consider violence, censorship, and totalitarianism to be viable ways of attaining objectives they cannot win at the ballot box.

You actually believe Harris lost because she wasnt left enough? So they voted Trump? The shift toward Trump among African Americans and the young was because Harris wasnt "radically Left enough"? Thats pure copeiam. Nothing the left is doing polls a majority nationally. They cant find the right side of any 80-20 issue-----thats the Democrat problem. Other than Ukraine---I cant think of one issue where they are polling better than Trump nationally (and Ukraine even splits the Republican Party almost down the middle in the last poll I saw).

I wasn't speaking directly to the top of the ticket. She lost mainly due to a small percentage of the voters not being intelligent enough to look beyond their grocery bill.
