I don't think the mods are going to do anything to him, unfortunately. Because of that, after finally telling him off in as civil a way as possible under these circumstances, I blocked him. If we can't get him banned, we can at least quit seeing his stuff. (As long as nobody quotes him.)

I had him blocked for the longest time, but gave up because people were constantly quoting him.

We all have personas/acts/characters we play into on this board to a certain extent, again that's like 1/2 the fun of message boards. I don't take things said about me here personally, none of you know me or likely ever will know me. I post/read this board because I do enjoy/take interest in reading and interacting with people who at least on paper have a completely opposite world view than I do, and while there's plenty of things we'll never have any agreement on I'm frequently surprised with how many things we do. Joking/celebrating the murder of someone who's only crime was political views you don't like is disgusting on every level. I didn't follow any of the threads after the attempt on Trump's or Pelosi's lives, but I assume that those threads were similarly toxic. After the debate the head of the dept of Political Science called a meeting and suspended him for the rest of the semester.

THIS is what has been going on for decades and these radicals see it coming to an end and they will destroy you before that happens. Make no mistake the only God they worship is themselves.
