The "official duties" part of the prior decision probably renders Obama un-prosecutible in this instance. Pretty clear even if he knew is was lying and subverting the will of the American voter he was doing so instructing the revisionist intelligence assessments as an official act.

I'm so disillusioned by this. Ned Price, who I've worked with, has posted an op-ed on Fox using the same magicians misdirection I alluded to earlier. I'm disillusioned that the leadership of the greatest nation on earth would stoop to such banana republic measures. I'm even more disheartened by the fact that they utilized the media to carry out their bidding and said media willfully obliged like sheep. A free and unbiased press was supposed to be one of the hallmarks of our foundation as a nation. So much for that.

But then worst of all is that we have nearly half the country that thinks this is no big deal. No big deal that a sitting lame duck president would attempt to subvert the incoming president in such a way but also use false pretenses to alter the course of a freaking Presidential election. Could you imagine the chaos and gnashing if a R did these things? All of it adds up to a lot of disillusionment with where we are as a nation.

People lost jobs while others gain jobs and money off of a political stunt. Not the mention the wasted time the national media led people down a fake rabbit hole night after night distracting people over nothing.

My hope is that Clapoer and Brennan along with a few others get their just due at the least while Obama escapes
