Its against the law to shoot any drone down, which I disagree with. If they are over your house, take them down.
Some people are speculating that they are UAPs... but its weird that no one really knows who they belong to.
Also, drones are programed to automatically come down if they fly over restricted air space.
I'm wrong and you're right. That said, I'd still shoot them down if they fly over me.
Quote:Yes, drones can fly over private property in the United States, but there are several rules to follow:
Altitude: Drones must be flown below 400 feet
Line of sight: Drones must be kept within visual line of sight
Registration: Drones weighing more than 0.55 pounds must be registered with the FAA
Commercial use: Pilots flying commercially must have an FAA Part 107 certificate
Avoid people and cars: Drones cannot fly over people or cars
Get permission: Drone pilots should get permission from the landowner
Respect privacy: Drone pilots should not take photos or videos of the property without permission
Avoid trespassing: Drone pilots should avoid flying too low over private property, as this could be considered trespassing
If a drone is flying low and invading your privacy, you can: Contact local law enforcement and Contact the FAA.
It's important to be aware of local laws and regulations that may apply to flying drones. Some cities and states have additional restrictions.

This. If these drones are being flown "legally", the pilot has to file a flight plan with the FAA. So all anyone has to do is check with the FAA to see who is flying in that area at that time. If no flight plan is filed the drones are being flown illegally, which is a Federal offense.
RE: Unknown "Drones" Over New Jersey/Military Sites
I have a neighbor who has a kid that flies a drone around sometimes. Now, neighbor is a relative term where I live. They're probably 400 yards from me. The only reason I know he does it is he's flown it over my Aunt's house a few times when I was there (she's much closer to them). He flies it all over her house and yard and does the same to another neighbor close to him. Rude AF.
I offered to bring a shotgun with me next time I came but she said no. He wouldn't do that over my house. I guarantee you the Sherriff wouldn't say chit to me either.
RE: Unknown "Drones" Over New Jersey/Military Sites
Declare a nighttime drone season with a free buck tag for every one of these big ones that are bagged and the ol' boys will be out there with their coyote setups dropping those like flies.

Law enforcement keeps saying there is no danger to the public---but Im not sure how thats anything more than an assumption if law enforcement cant determine exactly what kind of "drones" these are and has no idea who is controlling them. Might be a danger---might not---but I dont know how you can determine that with almost no relevant data.

Do you remember Iranians, Chinese, Turks and many who aren't our friends coming into our country without at least a "you can't come in"? Well, they are the ones flying those drones. They know our defense for anything like the balloons won't be stopped so they have carte blanche to go wherever their little hearts want them to go.
Shoot them down with pellet guns. At least those projectiles won't be killing any one on the ground and it'll be fun as heck.

Pellet guns? Many of them are the size of automobiles or dining room tables. Several have been reported as fixed wing aircraft.

#muhNenas ...
There are guys that can tell us about planes flying into Pine Belt with the new coach, but nobody can track these drones. My guess is they're filming a new season of Finding Bigfoot and those are the IR drones looking for the "lairs". They have navigational lights for Heaven's Sake. They are ours.

These ain't your dad's camera drones.
Then wait for them to get out of crowded city spaces and shoot them down. If they were as bad as people are saying the government would have shot them down already.
The fact that these UAPs have position lights is indicative of an earth created object. Real UFOs don't worry about position lights.
RE: Unknown "Drones" Over New Jersey/Military Sites
Several FBI officials held a town hall this morning in New Jersey and basically said they have no idea what's up, but they don't perceive them to be a threat. That pissed everybody off.
THEN...right after that, Rep. Jeff Van Drew came on Fox News and said he has sources high up in the fed gov who KNOW what's up, and he spilled it...
Iran has a ship sitting off our coast in international waters, and is launching all these drones into our air space. He said the drones have capabilities that we don't have, and certainly no commercial businesses have. He says they were built by China and provided to Iran.
He says he is almost certain that's the source of the drones, but he said even if it's something else unexplained, the drones need to be shot down immediately.
Jan 20 cannot come fast enough. The Head Vegetable doesn't know where he is, and apparently, just like the Chinese spy balloons, nobody else currently at the WH has the balls to do anything.
Simple solution: Station a few fighter pilots on the coast at night and shoot them down over the ocean, but in our air space.

Hmm mystery drone, flying over sensitive areas.
I am sure that (like that balloon) Biden will not interfere until all of the drones can gather the date they need, then we will blow the drones to smithereens and sho who tough we are!

Read Post #36. No longer a mystery.
that withstanding, the second sentence of my post is still spot on... now even more so.

Agree. We just have to shoot them down over the ocean. Not that hard.
