Spent a couple weeks in the UP, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Saw lots of lighthouses and waterfalls...got to see a Loon on the lake, those things are amazing. It dove under water for over a minute and came up like 100 yards away. Got to see an Eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the water near Escanaba. Went to some short track auto races...check out sport trucks if you ever have a chance, they are amazing. Got to tour an old iron mine. Went on a cruise and did some boating and swimming and sitting by the fire for a few nights listening to frogs, owls, coyotes, and Whip-poor-wills.

You can have the coyotes. Really. We have some in our neighborhood hunting people's pets along with the squirrels, chipmunks and whatever else they eat. My wife's seen one in the back yard in the last 6 months. It was apparently one that left the manure on our rear driveway a few days ago.
