He knew the writing was on the wall. After his voting during the Trump impeachment he wasn't a fan's favorite in Utah. He knew his personal feelings superseded reality. I'm glad that he decided the wasn't running. It's like Biden running even if he ain't got a chance unless he gets appointed again by the Cabal.
