Bill gives money to rich colleges to upgrade their stadiums.
So the bill would give massive amounts of money to mostly insanely rich schools in the richest conferences to upgrade their stadiums. Almost everyone on the list is B$0 or S$C as those conferences clearly need the people's hard earned tax payer money.

Ha! They need to equip each stadium to double as a internment processing facility for the corporate / fascist takeover. Then an adjacent school building can be used for re-education camps.
"Avenge Me!" cried the father in Red Dawn!
With our government today what is passed in legislation is never about what it is actually about.

See, you are always able to see the long game while most of the rest of us are worried about only what we can see in front of us.

Well they screwed with the bread and circuses with COVID and it looks like Bidems are ramping up for another round of fantasy panic.
Screwing around with football did a 180 in a hurry last time. I wonder how he pulls it off this time? Only HSA approved stadia? When control freaks take over there is but one cure. Refuse.

You could have stopped at No.
Federal tax dollars should not be going to college atheletics in any way shape or form. Alabama brings in 130 million in revenue, they can pay their own way. And if a school can't afford to upgrade their facilities with donors, they probably don't need to be spending the money

Virtually every school on that list has plenty of money and most have upgraded facilities recently. It's either the most wasteful and ignorant bill ever proposed, or...it has another agenda.

That's insane. I can't believe LSU and Auburn are asking for money. Ask donors.

P5 schools have all the media money that they could used to upgrade their facilities. Is that fair for all the schools? No. Either help the G5, FCS and D2 schools, or make a bill that all media revenue that the SEC, ACC, Big 10 and Big 12 make should be pool together and give as equal pay so that schools like Hawaii and them will have the money to upgrade and fixed up their stadiums. Hawaii's stadium got condemned because they did not have the money have work done on it in the past.

Because for reasons that literally effect everything in our society if you don't bring in the big bucks you don't get the big bucks. No school should be getting federal tax dollars for facilities.
