October 2019-March 2020 all had higher output than Reuters' "new record" output your article indicates. Unless, of course, the US EIA is incorrect. But then again everyone here knows this already. The US isn't keeping up with the increase in demand obviously.

I think Elvis...and most on the left...only want the same level of scrutiny placed on Jared's deal as you guys place on Hunter. It may very well be completely on the level. That being said, you're VASTLY overselling Jared's acumen in this area of handling $2B from a less than honest government. From what I can find, the money was for a brand new private equity firm. And the agency in SA who reviewed the proposed deal said it was not a responsible investment due to Jared's inexperience. However, it was overruled by MBS, the guy who has people killed.

And we've covered this ad nauseum. It's MORE than clear that Burisma thought hiring Hunter would curry favor with the US government. None of that proves that anyone in the government, including Joe, broke any laws. So as soon as Comer and his clown car actually bring forth some credible evidence, I'll gladly join your outrage.

I said it 30 years ago, an honest person can enter office and in order to get anything at all done they have to compromise their principles. The pressure to do wrong for personal gain and to gain inclusion into the club is so strong virtually no one is able to resist. That dynamic isn't even hidden away from the eyes of the public these days. The more crooked you are the better your chances at success.

Biden is politician. Hence why I said not to listen to him He's talking to his climate voters. His actions did not follow this rhetoric...and the industry is well aware of this. Further, I would imagine his words there are only talking about NEW drilling on federal lands (something I think he actually reversed on shortly after). But again, most wells are on private lands and oil companies had been stockpiling federal leases for awhile in anticipation of a stoppage of new ones.

I've mention it before, but get TikTok (or view the online version at https://www.tiktok.com/discover/matthew-...oil-expert) or look at some older content on Youtube of Mr Global, aka Matt Randolph, a globally recognized expert in the industry and a small oil company owner. He posts videos about daily explaining what's really going on with the oil industry. And no, he's not a Biden shill. Watch a few and you'll see that.
