These aren't liberals. These are radical anti-democratic extremists! Liberals didn't riot, burn businesses, stage false flag operations, lie all the time, or suspend your constitutional rights at every chance. These bastards are alien to our Republic and don't ever forget it. Liberals deserved some sympathy and empathy for their views. You could live next door to them, party with them, and when their views collapsed around them, pity them. This crowd is lethal to our way of life and deserves nothing but your resolve.

Yes. And those who band together with them. They are our enemies and a danger to us all.

This aptly sums up the problem with your posting logic in just five words, tanq.

Yes, you are able to continue, but only because the allegations being raised by our gov’t against Donald Trump appear to be completely untethered from basic moorings of needing to be true. They might be true. Or they might not. None of us know.

What we do know is that the FBI and the D.o.J. have lied repeatedly in their attempts to bring down the Trump administration. The most recent allegation is that Jack Smith went forward with his indictment without even reviewing exculpatory evidence:

Link: https://twitter.com/CBS_Herridge/status/...t-n2385970

Pre-Obama/Biden, I would just disregard this as the desperate lies of a cornered rat. And God knows that Donald Trump and his team are perfectly comfortable with lying. But the fact that our own gov’t is just as dishonest as Donald Trump - - and in fact worse, since most of his lies are just a form of bragging - - ought to put some pause on your self-assured statements regarding the assumed illegality of Donald Trump’s actions here. Neither side has shown themselves truthful.

The fact that you show not the first bit of concern regarding the willingness of our own gov’t to lie is what sadly allows you to “continue if needed”.

Donald Trump should not be in the conversation for the 2024 election. He is completely unfit for the office of p.o.t.u.s. Yet the fact that he is the MORE honest player in the latest standoff with the lying Garland D.o.J. is what keeps him in the discussion. In short, tanq., your ability and willingness to “continue if needed” is a major part of the problem.

Your question alone makes my point that we're not a banana republic...because he's not been locked up yet. We have due process in our non-banana republic...still...even if your name is Hillary or Hunter. 03-wink

Seriously, Tom, what consequences of any sort have landed on either Hillary or Hunter, despite blatantly illegal behavior?

If you had a conscious, you would refund the Soros income and tell your handler to find some other on-line flunky.

In short, tanq., your ability and willingness to “continue if needed” is a major part of the problem.

My issue of ‘continue if needed’ is based solely on Trumps own actions, as relayed by first hand accounts in the indictment(s). None of which you even to attempt to address mind you.

As an example are you even aware that the author of the bird brain plan to have Pence magically flip votes or halt the proceeding explicitly described it to Pence on the late evening of Jan 6 in a last gasp attempt to stop certification as a’violation of the law’? And admitted to Pence in face to face including Trump in another session that no such authority existed in the law?

Yes how dare I denote those issues. The horror.

I have zero issue with the two sets of Jack Smith charges. They outline fairly clearly a reasonable basis for pursuing charges.

Notwithstanding your (rather unfounded) comments you attach to them.

As to bolded, you may want to review the article and note some deletions you have made between the article and your comments above.

You may also want to check up on who the alleging attorney is. Parlatore has represented Trump himself and now represents many others in the issues, all being paid for by the Trump PAC. That is, Parlatore makes a crapload from representations of people in the Trump probe and all paid for by Trump PAC money.

He has been on the news programs non stop for the last two weeks ostensibly gaining fees from the Trump PAC for these types of comments to the press. Cool gig when you get it, eh?

Seems like there is plethora of crime swirling around Trump. I guess one should not charge such crime in your point of view? That is an interesting take on civil society.....

The most investigated man in history and they still can’t come up with something that is out right illegal. But you do you. And we all know what that is.

Asking your VP to break the law certainly seemingly is illegal.

Imagine that.

Lying under oath to a subpoena certainly seemingly is illegal.

Imagine that.

Attempting to destroy evidence under subpoena certainly seemingly is illegal.

Imagine that.

Holding on to classified documents belonging the Executive of the United States, without permission of the current Executive certainly seemingly is illegal.

yeah..... '[nothing] that is out right [sic] illegal.' Got it.

I can continue if needed.....

All bullchit. You’re just too stupid with hate to see it. Biden said they would use the power of the government to get rid of Trump. Biden complains that Merrick Garland needs to grow a pair and lo and behold Trump’s home is raided by a chit load of armed goons from the DC office. We get a loser government prosecutor with a list of over charging failures over turned by the SCOTUS which you defend. And lastly we get an indictment for speech and politics by said over charging political hack of a government prosecutor with a record so atrocious he has nothing to lose. And not to mention ALL OF THESE ACTIONS TOOK PLACE THE DAY AFTER DAMNING INFORMATION COMES OUT ABOUT JOE BIDEN. Now you worthless idiot army goons fall right in line. Shame on you. No, actually you are a part of the enemy now.
You and Jack Smith. Y’all make a nice pair. Hope you’re both shown to be fools though I doubt you have the self awareness to realize it.

Interesting that you can’t address any one of them specifically.

And instead need to denote any response with “you are too stupid” followed the a thesis in thin sauce kneejerk conspiracy garbage.

Got it.

You may be right, tanq. Trump and his team have shown themselves to be dishonest to the core.

The great pity is that so has the Garland D.o.J. and the FBI. The lesser pity is that you are capable of seeing only one side of this. Is Parlatore lying? It wouldn't surprise me. Is Smith lying? That, horrifyingly (since he has the power of the state behind him) wouldn't surprise me either.

Why would it surprise you?

In terms of what is outlined in the indictments —- yes, those issues there detail the contents of documents that will ne presented, and the contents of actual testimony by witnesses.

If Jack Smith does no deliver those I just might come further to your camp.

If that testimony and documents don’t exist and are shown not to exist, not only will I join your camp, my call is that Jack Smith should be disbarred or charged.

Jack Smith has done a put up or shut up step here. Given that I will take those sworn filings as such. And if shown not to be true then I am all onboard with severe consequences.

Now, if Jack Smith actually does put up, what will be your response Adopted?

To your question ‘is Smith lying’? If he is I expect the Trump team to be able to address that fairly easily. Lord knows they have mouthpieces by the dozens to throw at the airwaves, but the actual legal system is designed where Trump has the full ability to bring that out.

And I expect that the campaign / PAC money grift that is being used as nothing more than a piggy bank for legal expenses {to the tune of 70 *million* dollars just in the 1st half of 2023) should be very well equipped to do that on his behalf. Would you agree?

Again, you're missing the ******* point. If we were truly were a Banana Republic, Biden would have jailed trump long ago...and when trump was president, he would have jailed Hillary...and probably Hunter.

I bring them up because for years the bulk of the collective right here have been wanting to put them in jail without due process...stuff actual Banana Republics would do.

THAT. IS. THE. POINT.

Either you prosecute them all or leave it alone. That’s been the point the entire time.

It’s absolutely a banana republic.
The left has created it, perpetuated it, nurtured it and, as we see here daily from the resident libs, denied it.

All you have to do to see proof is watch ABC, nbc, cbs news for a few minutes at the top of an hour sometime. See what their agenda try to brainwash you with.
See what they prop up and see what they criticize or scoff at.

It’s hilarious.

Fair enough -- my question wasnt specific enough. No, I dont expect you to abandon your position on the listed.

Will you instead say "my comments bootstrapping the prosecution of Trump on the charges to a 'weaponization of the legal system' were premature and false?", that is in the event Jack Smith 'puts up' the proof in noted in the indictments?

Im not asking for your full retreat from you position, but I would hope a comment that your comments were not well founded *for these specific Trump issues* would be in order.

--> No, I do not agree. Donald Trump has no interest in getting to the bottom of this. His only interest is to stretch it out past the 2024 election, and then (if he wins) pardon himself or (if he loses) cut a deal. We, the American public, are being played.

Actually *if* Smith is lying, that would be the biggest boon to Trump ever. It would be a resounding vindication of his claims of persecution and victimhood.

Seems to me that if Smith is lying, he would want that jolt/boost to his campaign and his visage. Like right now.

*If* Smith is not lying, then it is more to his advantage to play it out as you say above.
