My guess, and it is only a guess, is that Texas and Oklahoma will end up playing "the incoming 4 members" but it will be broken up 2-2: Texas will play 1 of Houston/BYU (for argument's sake, let's just say BYU) and 1 of UC/UCF, while Oklahoma plays the other pair...probably each one home/road. So, if I'm right, Texas goes to BYU and plays UC in Austin, and OU plays Houston and goes to UCF in 2023. Then in 2024, it would switch...but probably OU and UT leave so UC and Houston would miss out on their home games.

As for the newbies, I suspect we'll end up playing UCF in Orlando (though who knows, that could easily change) and BYU @ Nippert, UCF will end up playing Houston and UC, Houston plays BYU and UCF, and BYU plays Houston and UC...or somesuch.

Again, just my guess... I'm looking forward to seeing how wrong I am.

Yours is a plausible scenario. The good news? We'll all know the answer in 2 1/2 hours.

We played at UCF last year. Doubt the B12 makes us go back next season. No reason to. We'll have UCF at home.

FWIW, Yormark said we'd see OU or UT in Nippert, but things can change.

Great to have OU at home but honestly was looking forward to a trip to Austin to play UT. Was hoping to knock that off my bucket list and now hard to say if/when that will happen.

WOW. Got the okies at home.

Imagine if somehow we win at Pitt and come into that OU game undefeated. What will the demand be for those tickets.

It sounds like there’s a decent chance Texas and Oklahoma will be gone after next year. Unfortunately UC and Texas probably will not play unless they both make the Big 12 championship game next season.

7 home games (5 Big 12 home games) and 5 away games. I see 7 wins (4 Big 12 wins) and a bowl game for 2023.

OU, Iowa State, Baylor, UCF, and Kansas are indeed better slate of games than Temple, ECU, Tulsa, and USF.

We absolutely should've beat Oklahoma in 2012 sans for some bizarre mistakes (DJ Woods muffing a punt, dropping a ball right before going in for a TD). That should be a great revenge game.
