Soccer Player Frantzdy Pierrot
I root for Israeli clubs in UEFA (European) competitions. Israel is in Asia, but plays soccer in Europe. Israeli champion Maccabi Haifa upset Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) of Serbia to reach the Champions League Group Stage to play some of the top clubs in the world. They advanced through three rounds that are each two legs with each club hosting one game. In the game hosting Crvena Zvezda, Maccabi Haifa's first two goals were scored by Frantzdy Pierrot, who played his first two NCAA years for Northeastern in 2014 and 2015. He scored 5 goals each season, which was tied for your most in 2014, and your most in 2015. He has 14 goals in 23 games for the Haitian national team, which is tied for the fifth most in Haitian national team history, and he's 27. Maccabi Haifa's coach said "Pierrot is a terrific striker and he has certain qualities that bring an element to the game."
