RE: Netflix Suggestions
I watched season 1. It’s good. Watch it in Korean with the English subtitles. Not the subbed in English.
I’m doing a Netflix series based in Copenhagen with English subtitles right now called the Chestnut Man. It’s a pretty good psycho-crime series so far.

My wife and I both enjoyed that series. It was very well made, way better than most horror themed series. Does a surprisingly good job of considering how people respond to things they don't understand.
Now that I've seen season 2 of Evil, I can't resist moving over to Midnight Mass. I'm only one episode in so far. When I finish that and S2 of The Morning Show, the current plan is to move on to either The Mandalorian or Yellowstone. But the plan has a tendency to change.

I'm not a big supernatural horror fan generally, but Midnight Mass was a good watch. I'm not in love with the Morning Show but I'll probably stick with it through S3 if and when it happens despite what looks like the loss of a key cast member.
From there the plan did indeed change. The White Lotus hit what I often consider a sweet spot with 6 episodes to tell what appears to be a complete story. But it turns out there will be a S2. Not many details but I'd definitely give another season/story a shot.
The Shrink Next Door was pretty entertaining and similarly in the sweet spot of taking 8 episodes to tell the complete story. I liked watching Paul Rudd and especially Will Ferrell in roles you wouldn't normally expect.
Speaking of Will Ferrell and things I didn't expect, it turns out he's an exec producer of Succession. I just finished binging all 3 seasons and I think it lives up to the hype. One downside of tearing through them is that now I have a long wait for S4.
I just started browsing a few of the year's best lists to pick what's next. Maybe "Only Murders in the Building" or maybe it's time to finally get to The Mandalorian or Yellowstone unless I hear of something else intriguing.

RE: Netflix Suggestions
I guess this thread has dwindled to pretty much just rare posts by me. But just in case anybody else happens by I'll throw out a recommendation for The Bear. It's streaming on hulu (but I think it's made by FX so maybe you can see it there too?) I guess it'd be classified as a dramedy if it had to be classified. If you like food and/or Chicago, it might get your "chef's kiss". I've seen where restaurant workers say it's the most realistic depiction they've seen of a casual mom-and-pop place.
The main cast isn't very well known except for the protagonist having been on "Shameless". But there's more than one interesting cameo that had me wondering "hey isn't that...?".
Only one season is out and there's no word that I've seen on whether there will be a season 2. It's a pretty easy binge with only 8 episodes of very roughly a half-hour each. Has some cool music too.

RE: Netflix Suggestions
We finally just got rid of Netflix. We have been really enjoying AppleTV of late. Got it free for a year when I got a new phone.
Obviously Ted Lasso but also have been watching series such as Tehran, and just started The Essex Serpant. Great Victorian period piece.
Only one season so far but Slow Horses is fabulous comedy/drama. Gary Oldman is sheer genius.

Mythic Quest is good. Supposedly they have at least two more seasons coming at some point but I think it's been at least a year since they released S2.
Sticking with Apple TV shows, The Morning Show was decent with an A-List cast. I'll probably continue watching when it comes back for S3. Loved Lasso S1, less thrilled but still liked S2, but am still definitely on board for S3. I also really liked the only season of The Shrink Next Door.
Slow Horses and Severance are already on my list to watch. So is For All Mankind.
Considering adding Servant, The Afterparty, The Big Conn, WeCrashed and now I guess Tehran and Essex Serpent to said watch list.

Loved Slow Horses and Severance but For All Mankind is the best Apple show by far. I was hesitant to start it because I'm not a big fan of space movies/shows but it might be the best thing on "TV" right now.

The current season of Better Call Saul has been outstanding...best show on TV right now IMHO. I liked the last seasons of Stranger Things and The Boys (messed up superhero show but very entertaining).
Anybody on here watch The Terminal List on Prime? Looking for the next show to startup.

Better Call Saul is great.
One of my favorite scenes the show ever did was where Saul tricked the court and had someone other than the defendant sitting next to him while his client was in the courtroom elsewhere. The witness identified the guy sitting next to him.
As someone who does a lot of defense work it always bugs me how we do identification in court. Prosecutor asks if the person is in the court room and the witness points to the guy in jail clothes sitting next to his attorney... It's built for confirmation bias.

Just finished The Terminal List a few days ago and I really liked it. Lots of action and violence if that is a factor for you either way.
Haven't started any of Saul and am seasons behind on the other 2 you mentioned.
My pick for best show currently on is Nathan Fielder's new show called The Rehearsal. First two episodes were absolutely bonkers and I can't wait for episode 3.

I saw a lot of talk about Apple TV shows, but I don't think anyone mentioned Pachinko... Pachinko is probably my #1 show for the year...doubt anyone will top it.
Some other notable shows that I have not seen mentioned.
Hacks (HBO Max)
The Minx (HBO Max)
Tokyo Vice (HBO Max)
Under the Banner of Heaven (Hulu/FX)
Julia (HBO Max)
The Rehersal (HBO Max)
Abbot Elementary (ABC)
We Own This City (HBO Max)
What We Do in the Shadows S4 (FX)

I know you requested Netflix or Amazon Prime, but if you can somehow manage to watch Hulu or FX, The Old Man with Jeff Bridges is really good. Season 1 wrapped up a few weeks ago and due to the success they ordered Season 2.
Better Call Saul (and Breaking Bad) have been my all time favorites. Series finale is on tonight. Anxious to see what happens to Jimmy/Saul/Gene.

RE: Netflix Suggestions
If you get a chance, check out "Kelce" on Amazon. It's primarily about Jason Kelce with a fair amount involving his bro Travis and if course the '22 Super Bowl hype. Connor Barwin is the Executive Producer and it was surprisingly well done.
