I think it was SPECIAL K
I’ve heard 3 different nicknames over the years for Kenon. Special K , Mister K and even Dr K. The last two were when he played for the Nets
I think you might be right--come to think of it -I do remember Dr.K --I thought BIG JACK called him SPECIAL K
He was Dr K while at Memphis State. Special K when he played with Dr J and the Nets.
