Dautrive played last year and did well this year for them but has missed the last 20 or so games don't know if he will be available
The above five up top should be their starters. No idea how good any of their backups are. We have a Harris off the bench capable of 20 point games dunno if they do, probably do
4 kids in double figures if you include the 9.9
Somewhat similar to us where we have Duren, Williams, Nolley and Lester. Plus Harris with solid points off the bench
Duren plays well and controls their Euro and Lester locks up Kigab bodes well for us
Last year with a decent number of the same players Memphis had 9 point lead around five minute mark, they went on 10 point run to get 1 point lead very late then Lester hit a shot followed by Williams two free throws. They made a free throw then Nolley made one for final margin of three

2 As far as the time etc. , is anyone else worried that we may not be rested? Sunday had a tough game end 5PMish in Houston. Of course, team flies back to Memphis. Now on Thursday, we play a game early afternoon in Oregon.
That is definitely less than ideal. I am sure we will be fine. But, a Friday evening game would have been better.
I do not think there is a huge conspiracy against our Tigers. But, this is worth mentioning (imho).
Absolutely. I’m not worried about fatigue as much as time change. Professional teams have looked into how to optimize performance when traveling across the country and their results aren’t great. It’s probably easier to travel west but we have little experience with this. I’m sure the coaches will be able to help but this makes me nervous. We’re better than Boise but this for me is my biggest concern.

For prep for the first game, I’d keep the team operating on central time. That 12:45 CST start in Portland is 10:45 for Boise & thats an awful early tip. Glad we arent a late evening start time.

Plane tickets are a bit pricey to get there.

I saw flights at $1800 for Memphis to Portland.
Memphis to Seattle, on the other hand, was $800.

Seattle to Portland is an easy, pretty drive. especially for several thousand dollars.

Best I can do is take a vacation day Thursday.
Can't afford to travel to Portland, so will settle in at a bar somewhere in town.

It is a pretty drive, but renting a car is going to make the cost almost neutral.

Sadly, I think a number of our “grey crew” fans will go out there expecting to see BLM & Antifa protests on every corner but will ultimately be disappointed. Portland is a cool city. Hopefully Memphis has prepared them for the scent o’ weed.

Don't worry about it...Bilas picked Boise St. To win and said it didn't matter anyway...the winner loses to the Zags.

Voodoo Dougnuts is out there. I knew a guy that lived in Portland. He said they used to make a pepto bismol glazed doughnut for the late night crowd.
