My nephew has accepted a football scholarship from Marshall. He's already on campus and loving it.

Can you guys recommend some sites with in-depth info? Newspapers are good but they tend to have summaries. Herdzone.com is good but a bit generic. Sites to avoid would also be appreciated.

Welcome! And congratulations to your nephew’s joining of the Marshall family…. Let me say that again…the Marshall family. He will see as will you. He’s going to love it more and more with each passing year.

If you join the rivals board, you will get a ton of info especially if you join the preferred board. That is why it’s a little vague on the main board.. I think it’s like…$10 per month

A update... He had some opportunities at some non FBS schools. He chose to walk-on for the chance to go FBS.

I don't know how walk-ons work but he reported in June so it sounds like there was some prior communication with the team. Otherwise he would have reported in the fall with the regular students??
