i heard cracking Miggys Top 25 is the hardest poll to make in the NCAAM. Those that are in it are considered the elite of the elite.
Not all of the formula is released but speculation is that it is 50% conference affiliation and 50% eye test. Legend has it he turned down being a talking head at ESPN and FOX.
