Based on what I have seen so far, I am not very hopeful for a top 5 finish. We look to be bottom of the conference again. We don’t play defense well enough to be a top tier CAA team.

Here is my starting five today:

Amadi
Wooden
Lewis
Morse

We need to go with our biggest line up and this is it. Mensah should not play at all. He will get manhandled against a team like Towson. Strickland, Christmas and Hodge can rotate in. Edwards is too thin for Towson. Harvey has the size and strength. I would use him if additional depth is needed.

Anyone else having trouble casting it from phone or ipad to the tv?

Some reason we keep getting “This event will start in xxx” messages?

Yeah dunk, I’ve found that I frequently can’t do chromecasting if I don’t watch from the start of the broadcasts. Otherwise, it starts playing from the beginning.

Yea, it just came on the tv, 0-0 while the game is damn near halftime. Odd.

Thought some of our O has looked pretty good today. Gotta hit those 2 footers though!

Dukes are thumping the Tiggers at half while lighting it up from 3. Lewis is 6 of 8 from downtown and having the half of his career with 20 points.

Didn’t know Zane Martin was going to be out. That makes Towson weak in the backcourt.

JMU is 20 minutes from being in second place in the CAA, maybe first if Northeastern loses.

I’m able to watch on the phone in real time, this 3 pt barrage, phew.

But the tv started from the beginning again and is currently at the 15 minute mark 1st half

Don’t know why or how it can do both, also don’t get why I can’t just toss it up to the tv from the phone live?

Dukes looking good and Towson making a lot of mistakes with a dozen (or almost a dozen) turnovers in the first half. Lewis is on fire so far. Would be great if they can keep this up, but the second half needs to just focus on defensive intensity in case the shooting cools off.

Amadi shooting "only" 3-5, and thus bringing down his .766 shooting percentage

We are shooting lights out from 3. But it’s a live or die offense . I’d like to see more balance . Couple of good feeds down low but doesn’t seem we have many slash scorers . Assists should be higher with our athleticism .

JMU has kept a working margin most of the 2nd half and is up by 12 at the 8 minute MTO.
Have not been impressed by Towson’s bigs. Skerry usually has a bevy of physical interior players, but this year’s roster looks like they are uncoordinated and a bit soft.

Lewis still tearing it up from 3 and is winning the game single handedly.

These Towson announcers are incredibly-obvious Fanboys... I've heard quite a few "oh no"s," c'mon" by the color guy, like he's just a fan commenting on the game.

Always loved Curt for always being great at not showing much bias

This team is so bad at shooting free throws.

Dukes win by 9 and are in 2nd place. Good start to the CAA season.

solid game by the Dukes, they were up by 11 with 1:30 to go and I was still a little nervous but that was a great effort all around.
