Goodbye polls from G5’s
Hope you took the time to soak in the joy of G5 wandering around the AP/Coaches polls. With B1G and P12 resuming that will quickly change tomorrow.

The B1G and P12 have been in those polls for weeks.

In just more than half. There have been a couple dozen pollsters - some coach’s, some AP - who refused to put teams in their rankings that haven’t played. That’ll shake things up completely.

Should have clarified it will be when all pollsters start adding those teams.

Polls are invalid for determining the best teams every year. what polls are valid for is gaining attention and exposure, which this year is no difference for other years.

This is NCAA FBS. Everything about anything anywhere at anytime is invalid. Start from the top and work down, or vice-versa.

RE: Goodbye polls from G5’s
Marshall will stay ranked, thank you very much.

We should stay ranked, and may even climb a bit if we keep winning.

If we are not able to schedule a November 28th game, we may go undefeated.

Charlotte may be a test. I'm hopeful we can still schedule either BYU, Army, Navy or Liberty November 28th.

Definitely scrimmage poll this year. Have to admit Coastal is growing on me. Love their moxie. They should be in CUSA.
