The solution to debates. Have a town hall for each candidate individually. In the audience have a handful of REAL Independents and a handful of supporters of the other candidate's supporters to ask 10 questions and give the candidate 2-3 minutes to answer each question. Simple. Currently townhalls have the same people asking both candidates questions and those people are ALWAYS Democrat supporters.
