It’s so funny how liberals/leftists/democrats completely miss the point of why Trump was elected in the first place. It wasn’t because of his “beautiful,” stuttering intellect. Everyone knows he isn’t a policy wonk, detail oriented leader. He’s instinctive, understands how people think and generally is right on a lot of issues.

And prior to the pandemic, was doing a great job despite all the "lack of focus."

What we have is a bunch of people with too high an opinion of themselves in DC. Unelected bureaucrats who think they should make all the decisions. I'm reminded of Rex Tillerson, who I was disappointed when he left, but there was just a mismatch. He whined because the President didn't read his 6" high briefing papers.

I've never known an exec who would do that. Maybe Tillerson would, but that is the exception. You need to adjust your briefing style to your boss.

Anybody who didn't expect Trump to be shoot from the hip and somewhat all over the place is incompetent themselves. They didn't do their homework. All they had to do was watch one or two episodes of The Apprentice.

You realize that people in Mensa - while academically superior, are intellectually raw and childish. You guys crack my **** up. How many prior presidential administrations have had so many of these guys come out after leaving their post...with virtually all saying the same thing? It's never-ending with this current clown...but you just keep on dismissing them all as not qualified, etc., even though they were hired or retained by this very administration!

Is it brave to bash Trump in the media? The things that he alleges in the video are inconsequential in nature. Where is the proof? It's all talk, he said he said.

yep, "an establishment hack" is upsetz that a president dare fire someone in the establishment.....cuz that just didnt ever happen before.

Establishment jobs were supposed to be jobs per life. Sure, you might get shuffled from director of classroom procurements, something you had no skill in doing, to director of chemical procurement, something you really didnt have any skill for. But you always kept some job, right there in the swamp of DC.

Along comes Trump, and he fires people who are incompetent. Thats not how the swamp works. Then, he moves some of the departments out of the swamp and into areas they serve.
