The staff is really using their connections to get pros to connect with the program and players. DaeSean Hamilton, Thaddeus Moss, Heinicke, Pascal, Lawry have all sat in on virtual position meetings with the team. Rahne has been retweeting them over the last few weeks.

I was on the zoom call yesterday evening that ODAF arranged with Ricky Rahne. It was a pretty good time. He talked about the challenges of coaching during this time, the limitations the NCAA has put on staffs, his family, how this staff was put together and the offense and defense. Wood and Bruce Stewart were also on the call (they chimed in when possible), as well as various ODAF folks.

I'm sure he's mentioned it before but it was the first time I had heard it. But the offense will be in shotgun in pretty much all offensive scenarios. He explained he prefers the shotgun (including short yardage), since the handoff is happening 3 1/2 yards behind the LOS. While the handoff under center is happening 5 yards behind the LOS.

Ted also announced they'll be airing some classic ODU football and bball (m & w) starting next Thursday with the Chowan game.

I assume Selig said nothing about the money-saving committee he's chairing, the one that hoped to have recommendations by the end of April?
