Maybe a pipe dream but....
If I were the A.D. at Western I would call John Belien to see if he would be interested in coaching college basketball and a much lesser rate than he made previously. Also much less pressure. I have been an anti-Michigan person for many many years, but watching his teams made me realize that he is one of the very best coaches in America.
One could only hope.

AM had always wanted to coach college, & there's only 60 some teams. But true, it was a 'never gonna happen' hire.
