It should be called "The House Is Un-American Bill" and should read we move to neuter any and all enforcement of the borders and grant sole authority to the Federal Government not to act in defense of the nation, its citizens, and its property, and to grant to non citizens rights that no citizen retains and implemented to the expense of said citizens toward their own detriment.

For the rest of us it should be mailed to every voters home both in the districts of those sponsoring the legislation and the rest of the nation.

In fact we need to have an online site where every bill or amendment proposed is posted for all to read in entirety and should predate any vote on the same at least 60 days in advance to give the public time to react.

Tucker Carlson just did a segment on it. Evertime he said something that I figured had to be the most stupid thing ever proposed, he'd say--"but it gets worse" and it would. By the end of the segment, my jaw was literally hanging open (this is where you find out the law is retroactive, which would require the US to let every criminal ever deported back into the US---AND pay for their transportation back). This is where AOC wants to take us.

Add to that the "no bail" laws and the "refuse to prosecute" laws for thefts below $1,000" we are seeing pop up in many ultra liberal "woke" cities---we really are on our way to a society where some states will revolt against any Federal effort to enforce this mess on a national basis.

If you are a strongly conservative state----why not just refuse to go along with this type of thing if it should ever become Federal law? Isnt that exactly what the liberals are doing with things like "sanctuary states/cities" and refusing to protect property owners from theft? In the end--what can the federal government really do about it if a state just shoots them the finger? The answer is nothing. I mean, what else can they really do? They gunna send the military into Texas to shoot Texans? Good luck with that.

This is correct, and the only way they can grow a revolution within our borders is to import as many have nots as possible. Legal immigrants have jobs and enjoy the potential for upward mobility, and work damned hard to get there. Import an underclass that has trained insurgents and organizers among them and who have no skills and must be on the dole and you can grow your own insurgency. Therefore anyone who wants this is a domestic enemy of our law and by implication the Constitution and they pose a real and present danger to our citizens.

This is why in international law this would essentially be an act of war.

Yep, the communists announced their intentions to do just that decades ago without ever having to fire a shot. The only logical conclusion is that the Russians aren't coming, they're already here by the scores and are firmly embedded in the democrat party.

Anybody who wrote, sponsored, co-sponsored, or votes for this bill is a traitorous bastard. It's a direct violation of the constitutional rights of us citizens, and support for such a bill is a direct violation of the oath of office for representatives. They should be charged and punished to the maximum extent of the law allows.
