Maybe he offended your sensibilities but if he ever crossed a truly unacceptable line the hard left "watchers" would have made sure he was taken off the air, Imus ring a bell? The man donated plenty to charities and raised millions for blood cancer, all in all not bad. He is true to his beliefs an admirable trait in this PC follow the opinion polls world.

Bitter much? I pity everyone facing death. I've been with way too many of them not to. They were from all walks of life and crossed all of our political affiliations. And all of that rightfully disappears at the end. It is the affect of realizing you have absolutely no control over your life anymore and that all things that you identified with during your life really weren't important at all, except those you loved.

LOL! I’m not bitter at all. I have also also never wished death on him or anyone else. However, that man has never been known for his compassion or humanity and I think people should honor his legacy in-kind. I know I certainly will.

Ummmm...”That man” has done more for the less fortunate than most people on this Earth. Do some research.

Just heard that Rush will be given the Medal of Freedom by Trump and that, if possible, he would like him to be a special guest sitting by Melania at the SOTU address.

I don't think it's going to happen tonight, I thought Rush was undergoing tests to determine the best treatment option. It would be great if it did.

RE: Rush Limbaugh has "advanced lung cancer"
Death is never a subject that we like to talk about even if it affects every living soul on this earth. Personally, I don't fear death and I've lived and done so much in my life that anytime the good Lord tells me, "buddy, it's time". I'll accept it. It's harder for someone to see them get sick and waste away. Sometimes you wish death would visit them sooner just to ease their pain. Especially if the sick person is young, that hurts a lot.

What makes me sadder though is when they die not knowing the Lord. Many in my family died this way and unless they repented at the end I have no idea where their destination would be. Rush said that he was with the Lord and that makes me glad for him. I know many of you don't believe in Him but unfortunately in the end you will find out He is real and He will judge. You have a choice make it the smart one.

You have no idea what Rush has done for others. You are just a bitter, hateful Democrat. Hell, what Democrat isn't full of hate these days. About time for a Democrat to get a gun and try and massacre some Republicans isn't it.

Surprised he's there given the circumstances, hopefully he got good news from his doctors on treatment options.

He knows this might be his last State of the Union. I am pretty sure he rescheduled things when Trump offered him a seat.

I think he knew about the medal, but maybe not until he was actually there. I doubt he could hear what Trump was saying unless they had a feed going to him.

That's right...it's becoming just a cheap political trinket if RL qualifies.
