So stupid, WTF would you do that against the bungles of all teams?

It’s the same question asked for years: Why cheat so often if your franchise is so dominant? Clearly they do this all the time, like an addiction they can’t stop.

I can promise you this: The other 31 owners are sick and tired of this crap.
Well, the dominance is over, so it doesn't much matter anymore.

Hoops, I'm pretty excited for Bills vs Patriots Round 2.

You'll still win the division, because there's no way in the world the Patriots would lose back to back and to the Dolphins this year. But man, this Saturday's game is gonna be good!

I wouldn't be shocked if you beat us. Beating the Bungles when you know thier signs proves nothing LOL. They struggled for the first half of that game

Interesting to see the Niners kinda falling back to the pack a bit. Unlike the AFC where there is a heavy favorite, The NFC is Wide open!

Possibly an example of a team that peaked "too early".

Atlanta aside, their schedule also got increasingly more difficult in parallel with a few losses. They've also beaten GB and NO during this slide and two of their three losses are to the Seahawks and Ravens. It will be interesting to see how the playoff destinations materialize.

I'd probably rank the NFC as 1. Seattle 2. NO 3. SF 4. GB. right now. With the current scenario, I'd predict NO over Minnesota and SF over Dallas. I'd favor SF over GB even with GB having home field, and Seattle/NO is a toss up. I think Minnesota is better than GB, assuming Cook is healthy, but I'm not sure who the tiebreaker favors assuming they beat GB this week.

It will be fun to watch for sure. Honestly, any of those teams is capable of making it to the SB with the exception of the NFC East winner whichever crappy team that may be.

The NFL needs to get away from this division nonsense and go with conference ranking and scheduling.

I agree, but I can't imagine it ever happening.

2019 NFL Regular Season
All green bay has to do is beat the lions in week 17 and they win the division and win both games they will have the 2 seed. I do not know if it is possible to get the 1 seed.

Thank you for the clarification. Essentially Monday night is important for seeding, but both teams are in the playoffs. There is no way the Packers lose to Detroit.

As strange as it is to say, unless Rodgers plays better, I don't think it matters. They seem like an average team that can't stop the run, and he has been an average QB this year. I would favor Seattle or SF at Lambo, and I'm tempted to take NO there as well.

I don't either, but is it crazy to think that Buffalo has the best chance of upsetting them? It doesn't seem crazy to me, but I'm probably in the minority.

Yeah, i don't necessarily disagree, but if they couldn't beat them in Buffalo, can they in Baltimore?

Maybe the Pats have enough Film to go there and do it? LOL

I don't mind the Divisions and the division winner making the playoffs. The change they need to make, however, is not guaranteeing a division winner HOST a playoff game.

The Cowboys/Eagles division winner should have to go on the road against a team with a better record.

Yeah, I'm definitely in favor of a re-seeding once spots are determined as well.

That's two of us. Baltimore is insanely good, but that Buffalo defense is no joke. We'll see how it all plays out, but I like my team's confidence level after that Steelers win. That's two nationally televised games that Buffalo proved themselves this year. Good sign. I'm not a huge fan of the Buffalo offensive coordinator, and if anything right now... the lack of consistent offense is their Achilles.

I mind it. I mind it very much. You have teams like Dallas or Philly that will be given a home playoff game, and it's not earned. Those teams are trash. Shouldn't even make the playoffs. This happens every year. I think last time we had this discussion it was an NFC South team that got in with a .500 or worse record. There's no way that should be happening when you have teams competing for wild card slots with double digit wins. That's insane.
