do we now get NCAA Football from EA Sports back???????
That literally is the first question I’ve seen on every forum. I would guess if EA gave up the rights they’ll get snatched up in a heartbeat. There’s a huge market out there.

they would need to pay every player used with individual contracts. by the time the negotiations were finished two seasons would have passed.

This will end up aggravating the already growing inequality between the haves and have-nots.

How so?
It's not the schools paying players. Players can get paid by businesses or compensated for having their names on a jersey. I can see a problem with boosters using a business to funnel money to recruits but that's been going on.

It wouldn't happen immediately if at all. This is a totally different animal now and probably to much legal stuff to figure out to even try to bring this back.

I don't know about that. It might even be the opposite. Good players, no matter where they play, will be able to give lessons or hold camps or something. Now everyone can profit from doing a commercial for Jimbob's Car Dealership rather than stockpiling talent at high revenue schools just because they have better facilities.
