Wow! Amazing game! Well done WKU. I really feel for your kicker though. I wasn't sure what the reasoning was behind kicking on the laces but maybe it was just some miscommunication. That was fun but nerve-wracking to watch. Thompson better buy Rohrwasser's dinner for the entire week.

Congrats to Marshall on exercising a demon. I hate losing any game. But I love that we now have a football coach.

I think he made a couple bad calls today but to come back from 17-0 and make it a game I’m thrilled with our guy. Super good job by Clayton White’s defense after the first two drives.

We’ve shown we have to play error free ball in re turnovers to win. I’ve become a big Storey fan as this season goes on. Kid is tough as nails. By the way. Big time targeting missed call on the hit he took right before Walker’s touchdown run.

Realistically I think we lose our next three and will have to beat MTSU to be bowl eligible. This game was a lot closer than I thought it would be though. Gives me hope against FAU.

Disagree, problem today was our defense could not really get to Green. He had all day to throw. MVP today was Marshall’s OL..

And don't worry guys, we are fully capable of losing any of our remaining games.

I actually feel like we don't have a kicker problem this year. Munson was really off his game today, but he's a true freshman, his career best FG was 48 yards against Charlotte, and his punts are really deep and almost always placed well. He's miles better than our previous years' kickers... and he still has lots of opportunity to get even better. He just really stunk it up today.

But I wasn't even mad at this game, very fun to watch. Congrats Marshall... don't lose to LATech or we might make a run for #1 again.

Congratulation Marshall on the win and that's about all I can muster up at this point. One of the most disappointing losses for me that actually meant a thing to Western in 3 years.

I was suprised the game was as close as it was. The game vs LT has me worried...

Oh and this game started at 230. I don’t care what time zone you live in. That’s your problem.

Just curious what made you expect it not to be? WKU has only given up 16 points in the second half of 5 conference games so far.
Marshall has not really blitzed anyone since VMI.

Don’t agree with you very often, but we can agree here. I know he’s young, but Munson is not reliable. He makes me nervous every time he lines up, no matter the distance.

We haven't had a good kicker since 2009, until now, so we know the feeling. Kickers have cost us multiple games vs mtsu, and a game against virginia tech, and WVU.
