I don't think anyone is doubting the jerking on the back. In fact they both acknowledge it, he then berates her six ways to sundown, YET many months later she again chooses to fly to Miami to hang with him, go clubbing, etc.

That's the odd part.

I can't imagine if I skeeted on some girls back while she is watching a church service that a) there wouldn't have been some lead up to that moment anyway and b) if not, and that was considered a repugnant act that the accuser would never initiate contact again.

Oh I agree completely. Not to the point where I would say something like you knew what you were getting into, or you deserved it etc. But no doubt, the fact that she went back after that happened makes her decision making questionable at the very least.

Preponderance? Please tell us any evidence at all. I have seen none. Like one piece of evidence.

Did she take pictures of injuries, call the police at the time, ever make a police report, have a rape kit done, tell anyone at all at the time that she was allegedly assaulted?

Brown confirms a sexual relationship. She claims forcible rape, and then continues to hang out with him and do instagram videos. And then only asks for $75K, right after he signs a $15M contract. Her lawyer, David Haas, is a big Gloria Allred fan. And she still has not pressed criminal charges, although she could.

Nothing will ever come of this. And it hurts the many women who are legitimately sexually and physically assaulted by athletes to have this woman only file a civil suit, imo in an obvious play for a payday from a rich athlete.

Her timing is impeccable though. He's out here making himself look like a clown and she slides in with the allegations.

I'm not defending him at all. I'm defending any Americans right to the presumption of innocence. I know nothing about the case nor do I care to.
