1 Clemson (1-0) - Last I checked still undefeated.
2 1st half FSU (0-1) - Wow! Did you see that offense on display.
3 SU (1-0) - heard Liberty had a pretty decent team, so I’ll give them a pass for not blowing the doors off of them, but the defense did show up in a big way.
4 UVA (1-0) - solid win, still my favorite to win the Coastal side.
5 BC (1-0) - I could easily justify switching UVA and BC’s rankings depending on who you think got the bigger win.
6 UNC (1-0) - Whoa! I don’t think South Carolina is going to be all that good, but still that’s a nice a win for Mac and Carolina.
7 Wake (1-0) - good win vs a solid opponent from the MWC.
8 NCSU (1-0) - the defense really did a nice job holding ECU to just 6 points.
9 Miami (0-1) - close loss to a ranked opponent.
10 VT (0-1) - not sure what happened against what should be a mediocre BC team.
11 UL (0-1) - nice effort vs what is supposed to be a good ND team.
12 Duke (0-1) - tough start to the season, don’t let the Bama loss derail the rest of the season.
13 GT (0-1) - looked like a team playing its first game with a new coach.
14 Pitt (0-1) - 0 points in the second is not good, it’s not like UVA has a Bama defense.
15 2nd half FSU - looked a lot like 2018. Led most of the game, made a freshman QB look like an all American.

Yes, if only FSU could play like the first half all the time...
Did you see the VT/BC game? I swear it seemed like BC played their best game in years against the Hokies...

The 5 turnovers by VT didn't help. Including 2 interceptions in the end zone stopping scoring drives and 2 other turnovers setting up short TD drives.
Even with that, If we could have stopped BC when they ran up the middle 8 consecutive times late in the 4th quarter or stopped the 3rd and 10 when we were only down by a score with 2 minutes left, VT could have had a drive to tie the game.

What I'm saying though is that those were not unforced turnovers - BC made some great plays there. That said, VT needs to avoid turning over the ball, regardless.
