I identify as a Rhombus and find this thread offensive and downright harassment on my people of the Rhombus race!

CJ, I have been a faithful follower of the Prolate Spheroid since the mid fifties when I listened to Southwest Conference football on the radio on Saturday nights, most especially if it was the Baylor Bears on the game of the week with Kern Tips on the play-by-play. That said -- if, as you say, the planters bowl prophesy is fulfilled this fall, I will retire the Prolate Spheroid in perpetuity and join the cult of the rhombi. But if the Rhombus is a false prophet, then, as the great oracle of the gridiron says so eloquently -- PS on you.

Even after it brought us a basketball championship, you all simply cast away the triangle. Is it due to it's lack of sides? Fools! That's what makes it so Superior. The rhombus has a history of failure. Cast it aside and turn to the triangle before it's too late!
