IRS leaker charged
Maybe we will see some accountability and criminals get locked up?
The Justice Department on Thursday announced charges against an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) analyst for illegally disclosing financial reports related to President Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen.
John C. Fry, 54, was charged with unlawful disclosure of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California said in a news release.

RE: IRS leaker charged
I’m skeptical that anything will come of this development, but still it’s encouraging.

IRS leaker charged
Hate to say it, but time to make an example out of some of these bureaucratic, “ untouchable”, criminals.
Forget the decades long attempt to fire the guy, or allowing him to “resign” to his tax payer funded pension for the next 30 years.
Time to strip all that and throw his asss in jail. All the crooks in shortsleeved collared shirts with the too-short clip-on knit ties will dry up pretty quick.

it's insane how too many don't understand the proper use of the 'delete key'....

We're starting to see some movement on multiple fronts now that Barr is in charge.

as it should've been all along....
Sessions was easily DJT's biggest misstep to date....
having said that, the timing couldn't be better....

RE: IRS leaker charged
Let's say I'm actually guilty of a crime, but the evidence that confirms my guilt was illegally obtained.
Doesn't that evidence get thrown out of court and the jury is instructed to disregard it?
If I was convicted and I file an appeal saying the evidence was illegally obtained, can't the court overturn my conviction?

muh laws that prevent 'overstepping'...
they're an evolving construct that becomes a pain in law enforcement's arse...
what I find amusing is the lack of training or efficiency, and how it can be manipulated as the populous continues to grow within wealth division in varying constructs (rural vs. urban)...
I don't see any scenario where this plays out well for the masses in today's version moving forward...
we're human, eh?
