Both look delicious to me. Doesn't have to be one or the other haha.

Skyline is solid but way overrated. I mean spaghetti cheese and ground beef isn’t ever going to be bad. But yeah for your cities known cuisine to be a pile of slop is embarrassing lol. Unfortunately I grew up 5-10 minutes away from the original skyline.

No you are right. The sauce is different than the chili you know in that it includes Cinnamon and nutmeg. Some people also put in dark chocolate.
