The AAC is not going to invite a UNC @ Charlotte school that has a crap football and bball program.
Ga State is in a better spot to get an invite to the AAC than UNC @ Charlotte.

I really enjoy how any football discussion with UNC Concord, it turns into anything but football ... I bet over 50% of college fans don't even know that UNCC even has a football team.

The average fan can ID Randy Moss or Leftwich with Marshall and the Michigan upset with App state. There is nothing, AND I MEAN NOTHING, that gives unc concord any credibility to the college football world. The only reason teams in another conference would want uncc would be for that easy W every season.

I know you guys feel disrespected and all, I get it. Yes, you can talk about basketball history or the amount of money you get. But what drives college sports is Football, no argument against it at all. And if you want to gain athletic respect, you go earn it by winning. 'You play to win the game.' Not have more money, or be located in a big city, but win. App has earned it. Marshall has earned it. The NT's, the stAte's, the UL's, the LaTech's, the GS's, the USM's, the Troy's have all earned some. Until you do, (Which one day may happen), This is what you're going to deal with.

The problem is simple, just go win. But until you do, let's work on some perspective. Because on the gridiron, you haven't achieved jack squat, and therefore are no better, and probably not even the same, of the Universities that have built our programs from the ground up over the past 70-90 years.

I could frankly care less about that game. Would have liked to beat you, but ultimately if we did, Lambo would still be running the show.

Hope we beat yall this year. But Ultimately, it's just like Gardner Webb on the schedule.

I'm happy with where we are as a program. Glad we got Mike Hill, glad we got Will Healy, and Glad we got Ron Sanchez.

Five years ago UNCC was going to pass App in two years. Then App wins by 40, we don't care... Keep moving the goal posts, maybe you'll be correct one day.

Heard it here first folks. Having Gardner Webb on the schedule is the same as App State. UNCC could have had a bleacher reduction rather than temporary expansion if GW played in Charlotte.
